Interestingly, the tables turned as I happen to be a local resident who has been renting a home in this area for over five years. My persistency must have got under her thin skin because one day I called and a gentleman answered, and he was completely standoffish. He sounded like an old outdated congressman as he told me Linda was busy. That's when I decided I'm done with putting up with this crude non-service. All that paperwork gathering and emailing her, a waste of time. Yet I got a nearby mortgage company to refinance a cash out of $48k with a lower rate at 2.75%, and they helped me improve my fico scores to over 700+, all within 30 days of me leaving the Red Rock people.
